PIZZA AT LARDO

All of our pizzas are created with home-made sourdough, fresh ingredients and are thrown to order before being baked in our brick oven.

WHITE BASE

Carbonara - guanciale, egg yolk, pecorino
Lardo- tenderstem broccoli, ricotta salata & chilli
Pumpkin puree, coppa, Gorgonzola, watercress
Stracciatella di bufala, mortadella and pistacchio pesto

RED BASE

Caprese - buffalo mozzarella, dressed fresh radicchio, basil (V)
Alla Norma- fried aubergine, basil, ricotta salata
Marinara - tomato sauce, fresh garlic, capers, kalamata olives, oregano (v+)
